  "Netware" is Novell's LAN OS.  Presumably if she had a Novell LAN,
she would know about it....
  So what I would try would be to go into Control Panel|Network, and
select "Client for Novell Networks" and Remove it.  [I've noticed
that some system builders just pre-install the whole networking
shebang, just in case a user might need it.]
