OK.... I bit the bullet and deleted the one named Garbage, and it worked..
so far!! It said it was a system folder, and windows might not work right if
i deleted it, but i did it anyway. So far I dont seem to have any problems,
Thanks for your suggestion, and I will let you know if I run into any
problems with the deletion
