The TCP/IP is correctly set as I am still able to use IE3.02, ICQ and NetMail.
The Netscape Communicator4.03  was also set  as the default browser and the
Shortcut Icon points correctly to Netscape.exe. There was no error message when
I opened this browser.

Probably, I must have deleted certain files that 'switched' it off, but I
couldn't figure out what actually happened.  I even copied and replaced the
url.dll. , re-installed netscape 3.02,  gold, 4.01, but none of it work!
