Hi,
        Many of those programs, incorrectly show how much memory you
use.  Extended memory mangers (there is one built into Win95) take the
extended memory and break it up into "page files".  It then moves files
that are not currently being used by the CPU.  Your program is probably
seeing this and considering it "in use" even though it is empty.
