Bring up a window to compose a New Message
Click "View" on the menu bar
In the box that drops down, Click on "All Headers" 

....a checkmark will be placed beside All Headers and you will have a BCC line

In my new computer with installed OE, there is no Bcc window under the Cc window, as there was in my previous setup. Can't find any setting - is there a way to restore it?    Rob
