This subject has been discussed before. You do not discuss what problems
you had, but I will make three points.

Norton has an excellent tech response facility through their website.
Post a question and a technician will reply within 24 hours.

Order of installing programs makes a difference in whether Crashguard
conflicts with another program.

I tried running my computer with and without Crashguard. I did not notice
any diminution of crashes without Crashguard, so I kept Crashguard.
