Hi John;

    Several times over the last year or so I have had similar problems that
I have traced back to the policies of an ISP. I sent an .exe attachment to
three people, all of which received the email, but only two received the
attachment. The file had been, I assume, deleted by the ISP and a
notification attached to the email that they had done so to prevent malware.
I sent the file after changing the extension to .txt and then having the
recipient change it back to .exe after receiving it.

    The same person had difficulty receiving other documents for a while,
then the ISP seemed to have changed their filtering policies because I can
now send .exe files. Perhaps this is the problem you are experiencing. Good
luck.

Bill
