  You can download the program for free from:

in case your P2BXBSE.DLL file is corrupted.  It appears to be
database interface code, and so unlikely to crash for reasons related
to an MFC crash *unless* both are calling on a corrupted ODBC driver.
Have you recently installed something that might use database
functionality?
