I have an urgent problem with Netscape Mail. My account probably has a "stack" of unread messages, and I can't get to them. When I click on"Mail" on my Netscape Home Page, I get the message:
"We are sorry, but you will need to enable cookies and Javascript to use your Screen Name with this site. Click here to return to Netscape Web Mail or here to try again after you have enabled cookies and Javascript in your browser."
Above it, in a light blue bar, is a bolded "Screen Name" with a gold colored key next to it, and underneath that is "AOL•Netscape•Compuserve"
I've completely enabled cookies, I've written Netscape 3 e-mails (starting this past Monday) and have received no reply, and I'd love a suggestion as to what I should do next. Thank you very much.
