Does anyone use avast for there antivirus? I know nothing about notepad or how it works & what ever is supposed to be there, in the avast program, does not go there. I am supposed to go to run & type notepad.exe & a page opens with nothing in it. I have been in contact with avast & they keep telling me it has to work. I erased the program & reinstalled it & I get the same results. I have the program on another comp & I get nothing there either but the program seems to be working. RonL Many thanks in advance.
