I routinely have 6-10 IE windows open. When I click on a link and nothing
appears to happen, I often discover that IE has randomly chosen one of my
other open windows to follow the link in, replacing the page I wanted to
keep open there. (GRRRR.)
I find I use the right-click "Open link in new window" option a LOT. THAT
always seems to work properly.

It was like it "froze" up. Therefore, right now, I cannot click on any link(s)that will open another window. I can only click on the link that open another page within the same window.
