My best guess is that the SP2 firewall has crippled the spyware built into Incredimail. That can be fixed, but my recommendation would be to uninstall Incredimail and use Outlook Express or some other non-spyware e-mail client. Please do NOT send an e-mail to me off-list if you get it working again.
