I have a customer with an old DOS LANtastic system.  One of his LANtastic
ISA cards burned out, and I am trying to get an SMC Ethernet card to work,
(an ISA 8216 model).  Their drivers has an Artisoft emulation kit, but does
not include a file called AI-NDIS.EXE.  I am assuming this may have been on
the original LANtastic disks, (long gone), or somewhere else, but not with
the SMC drivers package.  Does anyone have a clue, or know where this file
