It gives me very few problems, but when it does they are HUGE.
And I have fixed some MASSIVE problems for others.
(The 3 and 4 hour kind.)
I never had any problems (myself) where it broke anything else,
                                                   (Except WinFax 10.02 and Word...)

I like it because it is "sometimes" available for next to nothing
after a mail-in rebate (or two).

I use Outpost for a firewall, and have ZoneAlarm on a different computer.

If you have a "magic" combination of hardware and/or software,
a computer "can" (might) work great for years...  YMMV
Finding that "perfect" combination can sometimes be a real chore...
