This may well be an issue in your HTML code. When you view a graphic
on your computer using Windows, the operating system does not differentiate
between upper and lower case for file names. When you upload the graphic
to your web server, the server probably is using Linux or Unix, it will require
that the file on the server and your HTML code have the same case for the
file name. One good solution is to only use lower case for your HTML code
in the <img src="file name"> tag and then be sure the file on the server is
in lower case also.

Windows tends to name files in Upper case on the hard drive, especially
if you use 16bit applications such as File Manager. You may need to manually
rename your graphics on your web page using your FTP application or a
Telnet application.
