Microsoft has recently released MS Office Pro 2010 Beta it is a free
download, includes Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Publisher, and
OneNote.

Microsoft did not include an email program with Windows 7, however you can
download Windows Live Mail which works well enough for me and is very
similar to past Microsoft email software.

One note is that the "Sync" button is used to manually send or receive
