Do you mean the QUICK LAUNCH TOOLBAR that sits on the Task Bar (right next
to the start button)?
If that is what you are asking about, you can add new application icons by
simply dragging and dropping them onto the toolbar. You can drag icons
from the desktop to the Quick Launch toolbar. You can drag icons from the
START MENU. You can drag icons from the Windows Explorer to the toolbar
too. You can even rearrange the icon order on the toolbar by dragging the
icons left or right. If you want to remove/delete an icon from the
toolbar, just RIGHT-click on the icon and select DELETE.
