The following assumes NONcopy-protected files on the HD
that are in the proper format for "DVD Video" authoring.
If you are using files from a hand held camera (AVI, MOV, or something)
this will not work... You need Nero Vision (instead) to convert them and
make a menu structure, and IT will burn them. (It takes many hours.)
Note that "no" Nero will remove copy protection -- or work with files that
are protected.
Legal stuff aside,
I think the "disk structure" may not have set up correctly.
(Nero will do that if you make the right selections at the beginning.)
Try this: (It should give all sorts of errors and warnings if anything
is wrong, so I "think" you will not waste any more disks...)
In Nero7 (Nero Burning ROM), in the new compilation Window,
select DVD in the upper left hand corner, then
DVD-Video (in the bar to the left).
Then "New" (at the bottom).
Drag ALL your Video files to - and drop them on - the Video_TS directory
(on the left hand side). If it accepted everything, go ahead and burn it.
Keep all questions on list... HTH,
Rick Glazier
