Marjorie,
Find a friend with Windows 98 installed on his/her computer and have
him/her copy the .exe file that you need on a floppy. Or if you can get to
the Internet, try to download the file. Do a "Google" or other search for
the file name and you should be taken to some sites where you can download
it.
Win 98 does not have system restore. You would have to upgrade to Windows
Millennium to have that feature, or better yet get WinXP or Win2000 which
are much improved OS's [Operating Systems].
