The registry files system.dat and user.dat contain many entries regarding
the location of files and folders.  If you rename the wfw311 folder to
windows, many registry entries would be pointing to the old location.  You
would need to open regedit and manually change those entries.  imho - Not
worth the trouble for the benefit.
