Subject: [PCSOFT] Is there software to organize and search info

Is there software that a person could use to
organize information that is downloaded from the
internet, e-mail lists, ect. I presently just cut
and paste into Word97 and use the "find" feature
in Word97 to search for words. I now have about 20
Word97 documents averaging about 250 pages each. I
don't exactly know what I am asking for, except to
say I would like to be able to have a more
sophisticated method of searching through the
information, if it's possible. Thanks in advance
for any ideas.
