Another way is to start REGEDIT from the RUN Menu and work your way to
the key \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run.

Right click highlite the AIM executable file in the right pane of the
Regedit window (under "Name"). Delete it.
(It may be faster to open Regedit and click on Edit (in the toolbar),
then Find, and search for the word AIM. That should get you to the
aforementioned key.)
