Is this a new setup where IE 6 has never worked, or did it suddendly stop connecting? If the latter, what were you doing when it stopped working? IE 6 has some settings under Tools/Internet Options for proxies and connections that must be compatible with your ISP's requirements. Are you getting DNFind Server screens when you try to connect? You need to provide more info on this.
>Running IE6 and XP home. IE will NOT connect. I can get Opera to work,
>Pegasus works, MSN Messenger works. So my connection is obviously working
>(for those programs anyway). However IE (no matter what site) and Windows
>Media player just will not connect. I have checked the firewall (Zonealarm)
>and tried to uninstall IE and re-install. Nothing seems to work. Any ideas?
>Very frustrating.
