I HAVE INADVERTENTLY ERASED THE FORMULA IN THE HEADER SECTION AND FOOTER SECTION OF MY PAGE SETUP (FILE-PAGE SETUP). THIS IS THE SECTION THAT TELLS MY PRINTER TO PRINT THE PAGE NUMBER AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE AND THE WEB ADDRESS AND DATE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE. I AM RUNNING WINDOWS 98SE AND HAVE A CANON BJC-2000 PRINTER. ANY INFORMATION ON THIS MISSING FORMULA WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
