Hi All: I am running Win98SE on a dsktop/400Mzh Gateway
with plenty of Ram. Whenever I attempt to right click the
desktop or the display icon in the control panel I receive
the message "the system administrator has disabled the
display panel". I thought that I WAS this system's
administrator? Regardless, I ve tried everything and
Lockergnome (Xteq) made a couple of suggestions but still
no solution. Does anyone know what needs to be done to fix
this situation? Thanks in advance.
Jim
