Angela, if you don't get any joy here, I suggest you check out the net for DVD burning forums. I just did a google for 'DVD burning forums' and got a lot of hits.
This is a fairly new and specialized field and I think you need some expert advice.

Subject: [PCSOFT] Toshiba DVD Rewritable SD-W2002, can't burn any DVD'S
Hi, I have installed my new Toshiba DVD rewritable and it is playing my DVD's just fine. But I have trouble to copy any of my DVD's. I have tried two different Burning software: DVD Xpress Copy and Amigo DVD Ripper, both of these will read the DVD fine but will not burn it when prompted to put empty DVD in; my question is: Do I need a special driver for this?
Are these Burner Programs not compatible with this Toshiba DVD Burner?
I'm using verbatim DataLifePlus DVD-R.
I have a Gigabyte MB/w 1800Mhz AMD Athlon Thunderbird, 512MB DDR, 20GB HDD, 64 MB Savage 2000 S3,WIN 98SE.
Your help would greatly appriciated.
Thank you.
