Hey Mark.
Not to be another one of the "Me Too" bunch, but yep, been having troubles
on this end also with Worldspy. I have setup three four different people on
worldspy within the last couple of weeks and keep getting the same results
as you. There is also the issue of not being able to log into their e-mail
accounts.
I couldn't log on at all, at first, with the new accounts so sent in a not
to support who replied after a couple of days promising to fix the problem.
(their end) about a week later two of the accounts were working for a
couple of days but that was about it.
I have been also setting up juno for some friends and such. Never had a
problem with it yet. Juno just has that banner ad going whilst online. The
e-mail client is very clean/simple to use. I've started suggesting Juno for
e-mail/backup internet connection, and Worldspy for surfing only.
Sorry no other suggestions.
