hi, normally pics. and photos are sent as "attachments" to e-mails but I assume you have them in the body of the mail.I also assume your browser is internet explorer.

if so click tools/internet options/advanced and scroll down to "multimedia".
under this see if you have a check mark in "show pictures". if not put one and ok out.
