Hello Diane,

You need to create a Password Reset Disk. Go to Start \ Help and in the Help
and Support Center, type in "Password Reset Disk" in the"Search" window.
When the results appear, under "Pick a task" choose "Create a password reset
disk. Then choose the options on the right that fit your setup and a wizard
will walk you through the process. Note that the disk can be used by anyone
so you will need to keep it secured in a safe location.

Subject: [PCSOFT] Password

I'm the owner/administrator of my computer. I have a password. What if
I can't remember and my hint doesn't help. Like I spelled it wrong. How
do I find out what the password is so I can get back into windows?

By the way, this is just a "what if?" question in case it does happen.

Thanks.

Diane Kroeckel
