To convert database files you would have to open the TimeWorks program
and export in the format you want, or, open Access and import the format
you want. If neither of these programs have that capability you may be
able to do it through a third program.

Export from TimeWorks in ? format,  import to ?, Export from ? in Access
format, import to Access
