The easier for me is to simply copy and cut via the clipboard

In WordPerfect
1. Hihglight required text
2. Right click or on menu bar selcet copy, or Edit on menu bar then copy, or Ctrl+C
This pastes/copies the text on to the clipboard

In Outlook Express
1. Create a new message (create mail)
2. Click inside the body of the message so that it is active and either use ctrl+V or Edit paste

and selceted text should appear in the body of your email.

Don't forget to filll in the To and Subject boxes.
