Hello everyone,  I sure need your help!

I have a page that pops up on my computer when booted.  Using Win98.

It is "Exploring - HP" - and shows all files in my computer.
I don't know why it shows up everytime I turn my computer on.  I
probably did
it,
but don't know how!

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this page, or send it back to where
it
belongs?
I've clicked every thing on the top of the page, and I get nowhere.
