I would like to create a .gif 400 x 50 pixels for use in a banner.
Is there any way I can specify the size in pixels using Microsoft
Paint.  Please don't tell me to just install it from my CD and hunt
around, since uninstalling MS programs completely is a notorious
nuisance.
