If it were me, I would use the export command from the menu on your 98
machine and save to a floppy or drive or where ever then use Import on your
XP machine. That has always worked for me and keeps the folders straight.
Plus you then have a back up of your favorites. I also export and import
cookies so as to not have to reenter info at regular sites.

I want to use the "Favorites" from my old W98 IE5.50 system.
Can I use the old "Favorites" folder as is ?
Where in WinXP do I copy the folder to ?
