Go into Windows Explorer, click on View, and choose Folder Options from the
drop down menu. Click on the File Types tab. If you know what type of file
you want to edit, click on it, then press the Edit button. You will see a
popup screen where you can change an action, change the icon, and several
other things. Hope this helps.
