Brian,
Click FILE - IDENTITIES - ADD NEW IDENTITY.
It will run a "wizard" that asks for the account name,
password, mail server, etc.
You can set up as many different accounts as you need.
Each will have it's own complete set of private mail folders.
Just make sure the DEFAULT IDENTITY has a password.
This will force others to use their own accounts which may or
may not have a password.
To login, a user would open OUTLOOK Express and then
click FILE -- SWITCH IDENTITY.
