I was not my intention to sound like a "dumb answer..."
The list I was reading was on the box in a store, and I did not
remember what it said, except I did not qualify with MSFP Express.
My (somewhat evasive) point was there is almost NOTHING that
saves you the almost extra hundred dollars for the "first time"
purchase of this program.  I think the upgrade was around $54 (US)
and I "might" have treated myself to that...
Sorry for the incomplete answer before, and now.
