I have  a friend that is having trouble reloading wiindows 95. He has tried to reload while windows is running and gets a message that settings in control panel have changed since windows was last installed to restart. He restarts and gets  the same message when he trys to reload.He has tried to reload windows from dos and can't get it to work for him either. He is trying to reload without formating. I am very new to computers so please excuse my ignorance and probably lack of detail.   Could any one give me step by step instructions on reloading windows 95    Thanks!!
