Subject: IE has encountered a problem and must close, 

After clicking off  most websites , I am getting the error message, IE has encountered a problem and must close, we are sorry for any inconvenience. Then an error box pops up with send or don't send to  Microsoft. Sometimes there will be a report sent back, but most times not. Have tried all the fixes suggested on  MS  tech site and also on Google sites. These include checking for Spyware, virus scans and firewall settings. Still having the problem.  Running XP-2 home on dial-up, Norton AV, Spybot, MS Antispyware, ad-aware and spywareblaster.Thought I was well protected for dial-up. This problem has just shown up in the last couple weeks and has not occured previously. Any suggestions would be appreciated.        Thanks,
