Greetings,
I run IE5.5 on a W2k Pro desktop system at home.
Nearly every time I point/click on the 'back' icon,
the system seems to reload the web page. As I am
dialed-in to an ISP at around 45 kbps, this can be
very time-consuming.
Under IE 'tools' - 'general' - 'settings' -
'temporary internet files folder' I have it set to
468 mb. This is the "cache" setting?
Isn't this enough space? Does anyone know why IE
would be constantly re-downloading web pages?
Thanks,
David
