As far as moving URL's, I just grabbed the favorites folder where I keep
them, moved it to floppy and then dropped it on my favorites folder in my
new machine. Moved all the URL's right over. had to do a little organizing
but all turned out well.

Hi Tom,
Another option you might want to try would be to use the site
www.hotlinks.com to upload all your bookmarks/favorites. This password
protected site lets you access your URL's from any machine. It also does a
periodic check to see that your URL's are still valid.
