Very soon after bootup my WIN98 computer
I get a message:

RNAAPP

This program has performed an illegal
operation
and will be shut down.
If the problem persists, contact the
program
vendor.

I get a choice of CLOSE or DETAILS.

I usually close and don't seem to see
any problem in my computer.
Do I need the program RNAAPP?
