     How do you correct "a fatal exception OE has occurred at 0028.C02A4185
in VXD IFSMGR(04)+00007811
     This occurred when I was trying to reinstall Netscape Communicator- I
have Win 98, 450cpu 96ram...
      Do you need to download a missing file or reinstall Win 98?
