IWhe I hear of people running MSIE 3.x or plain 4.0 and getting
low-mem or low-resources probs, slow-downs, hangs-- I think they may
be encountering that memory bleed, which happens under such
circumstances as being at a site with streaming encryption.
Download current MSIE, especially from a site with Genuity such
as C|Net (download.com).
