Hi,

About 10-12 days ago, I formatted my main Hard Disk Drive and reinstalled
everything (Windows, IE5 and every other software I use) but something weird
is happening now, which was OK before I format.

Every time I visit a page, it never gets updated even if there is a NEW
verion of this page. I click on Refresh (or press F5) to reload the page,
but it only shows the one already in the cache. I also tried CTRL-F5 (since
I read somewhere it is supposed to reload the page entirely) but it does
nothing. I still get the older version loaded in my browser.

IE5.0 (provided on an MSN CD I got at Comdex last october in Montreal) is
set up to check for a new version of a page EVERY time I visit this (or any
other) page, but it doesn't. Netscape 4.7 works really fine and DOES
refresh the page when I "ask" for it.

Can somebody tell me what could be wrong with IE5?? I don't have a single
clue!

Thank you,

Stephane Vaillancourt
