First things first. What did you do to the computer just prior to this occurring? (i.e. add software; download something; add hardware; etc) If one of these actions occurred, uninstall whatever it is and see if that corrects the problem. If so, then you know the cause of the problem. Next, step is to find out why it occurred. Let us know if this helped and we can go from there.

Hi All: After booting up I find my desktop (everything)
HUGE! Icons...web pages....email...everything. When I right
click on desktop OR go to control panel Im getting a
message which says "Your system admisnistrator has disabled
the display panel". What the he-- is THAT supposed to mean?
The first time it happened I re-installed Windows and it
fixed everything but it just happened again. Please...does
anyone know whats going on and how to fix it for good?
Thanks in advance.
