on a windows 98se machine with IE 5.5 (i think, maybe 6), the images look
pixelated or blurry, like when the display properties are set to 256 or less
colors. they are actually set to 16 million. images opened in other programs
are
fine, it's just an IE problem. what setting am i missing or what could be
wrong? ISP's are Juno and AOL. Internet images are bad in both programs.
