Diane,

In my opinion, there is no reason to upgrade. On my old system, I had nothing but problems after
upgrading to 5.5 from 5 - this is one of those "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" scenarios. You'll
kick yourself if you upgrade and start running into problems. hth
