Check your Windows folder for *.bmp and see if one of them is the
picture you are trying to get rid of.

I decided to delete the photo, so I right clicked on the desktop, went
to settings and looked through my options for wallpaper.  The picture is
not there.  I looked in My Docs>My pictures, and it wasn't there.  I
have done a search for anything with the name of the website as part of
the text of a file or folder.  Found the website's cookie and deleted
it.  Found another of the website's cookies and deleted it.  Can't find
the picture anywhere in the computer. Don't know what name the computer
saved it under or the path where it might have been saved.  I didn't get
a pop-up box asking me where I wanted it save, so I'm lost.
