Hi Miriam,
David answered you question in reference to the mscoree.dll. A search at
http://www.google.com for QDCSPI.DLL indicates it's associated with Norton
System Works 2004. It appears that some people are experiencing problems
with it.

Subject: [PCSOFT] dll files
Can anyone tell me which software would have installed these dll files?
"C:\ProgramFiles\CommonFiles\InstallShield\Professional\RunTime\0701\Intel32
\DotNetInstall" cannot access a necessary file, "mscoree.dll"
and "QDCSPI.DLL"?
Thanks!
